Position Summary :

Provide comprehensive, individualized physical therapy servicesincluding evaluation, treatment planning, functional training, patient education, and development of home programsdesigned to improve independence and quality of life.

What Youll Do :

• Conduct patient assessments and create goal-driven treatment plans
• Deliver skilled therapy interventions based on best practices
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and support staff
• Accurately document patient progress and outcomes
• Foster a supportive and positive rehabilitation experience
