Overview

Come Join Prime Healthcare as a Revenue Cycle Analyst for our Medical Group Team!

Onsite - St. Mary's Hospital in Kankakee As a Revenue Cycle Specialist with Prime Healthcare’s Medical Group, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our providers and practices capture every dollar of revenue they’ve earned — accurately, efficiently, and compliantly. You’ll collaborate closely with clinicians, practice staff, and leadership to strengthen charge capture, streamline billing workflows, and identify new revenue opportunities that drive the financial health of our organization Key Tasks :

Driveaccurate, timely charge capture and reconciliationacross practices.

Strengthenfront-end processesfor accurate patient registration and data collection

Identify and implementrevenue improvement opportunities.

Educate and supportproviders and staff on documentation and registration best practices.

Ensurecomplete, compliant, and timelyclinical documentation.

Monitor outcomesand validate the success of revenue initiatives.

What You Bring

Experience inmedical group revenue cycle operations

Strong understanding ofcharge capture, billing, and registration workflows

Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable improvements

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams

Work Location

Resurrection Medical Center - 7435 W. Talcott Ave. Chicago, IL

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 8 : 00-4 : 30pm CST

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Regional VP of Revenue Cycle, the Revenue Cycle Analyst will assist in data collection, data analysis, reporting, coordination of projects, assist in implementing processes, and communication of efforts.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.

Proficient in business software applications.

Working knowledge of windows based personal computers.

Strong analytical skills.

Previous analyst experience in a business office setting, preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $26.00 to $37.66. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
