Program Manager - Data Integration & Conversion

Location : Richmond, VA or McLean, VA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Pay Range : $58.79 - $67.59 per hour

What You'll Do

• Own large-scale data conversion projects from start to finish.
• Rapidly understand data architecture and ensure smooth integration.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and remove blockers.
• Implement risk management strategies and maintain project health.
• Drive platform building to support enterprise-level integration.
• Communicate effectively with architecture and engineering teams .
• Champion process improvements and product management best practices.
