Position : Salesforce Field Service Solutions Consultant
Duration : Contract
Location : Remote
Responsibilities :
Assess current SFDC + FieldFX workflows, identify logic issues, and resolve data discrepancies (Quotes, Opportunities, Work Orders).
Gather requirements from field operations, sales, and leadership to define proper system design.
Configure Salesforce (Flows, custom objects, validation rules, automation, integrations) to align with business processes.
Guide the organization on best practices for field service operations within Salesforce.
Must Have :
Strong, hands-on Salesforce configuration experience (beyond admin tasks).
Experience supporting Field Service environments (Field Service Lightning, FieldFX, dispatch / work order flows, etc.).
Ability to translate business needs into scalable SFDC solutions.
Consultant mindset-comfortable driving clarity, advising stakeholders, and delivering fixes quickly.
