Construction Cost Manager

L & K Partners, a leading construction management firm, seeks Cost Managers to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates; quantify design documents for cost analysis; prepare cost summaries; analyze bids; conduct feasibility studies; perform value engineering and life-cycle costing; and complete mill-work estimates, quantity take-offs, and detailed project cost management.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
• 2 years' experience as Assistant / Graduate Quantity Surveyor, Junior Estimator, or Cost Manager
• 2 years' experience analyzing blueprints, plans & specifications, performing quantity take-offs (Blue-beam, Excel), preparing millwork estimates of projects, and preparing RFIs (Procore, Building Connected)
• 2 years' experience estimating, documenting, and tracking change orders

Salary : $140,000-$155,000 / year
