About The Role

Support cross-functional initiatives by developing and executing personalized campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role is responsible for building and managing automated journeys, segmenting audiences, and using data to improve how we connect with clients and prospects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, strong data management skills, and a results-driven mindset to drive campaign performance and guide continuous improvement.

How Does This Role Make An Impact?

• Supports cross-functional marketing efforts by developing and executing multi-channel campaigns and automated client journeys.
• Creates audience segments for targeted outreach using data-driven criteria across various platforms and sources.
• Builds, tests, and deploys personalized communications with attention to content accuracy, brand alignment, and responsive design standards.
• Executes campaigns in alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
• Partners with analytics teams to develop reporting that informs strategy and drives continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoots platform-specific issues and resolves technical challenges related to campaign execution.
• Manages work intake, collaboration, and progress tracking through project management systems / tools.

Base Pay Range : $62,000-$85,250

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
