Remote Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial and accounting operations in a part-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly financial close, reporting, and maintain the general ledger

Oversee cash flow projections, budgeting, and monitor variances

Coordinate compliance needs and external tax preparation with accounting firms

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in monthly close processes for small to mid-sized businesses

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online

Experience managing accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows

Ability to work closely with leadership in a small team environment

Experience in maintaining internal controls and financial processes
