Key Responsibilities
Review customer information and ensure compliance with rental standards
Handle inbound and outbound calls, and interact with customers via chat
Document customer concerns and provide resolutions efficiently
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
One year of phone customer service experience
Experience with high-volume inbound calls preferred
Technical proficiency with required hardware and software
Ability to multitask and assist multiple customers simultaneously
Attendance and participation in training sessions are mandatory
