Position Summary :
We are looking for a highly organized proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team (Goodwill Lincoln) as an Office Manager / Executive Assistant. This role combines administrative support with office coordination making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly. A college degree is not required just a strong work ethic excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities :
Office Management :
- Maintain a clean organized and efficient office environment
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors
- Assist with onboarding new employees (workspace setup orientation materials etc.)
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries
Executive Support :
Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangementsPrepare meeting agendas take notes and follow up on action itemsDraft and proofread emails reports and other communicationsMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionServe as a liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholdersGeneral Administrative Support :
Answer phones and direct calls appropriatelyGreet visitors and ensure a welcoming office experienceAssist with basic bookkeeping or expense trackingSupport team projects and ad hoc tasks as neededQualifications :
High school diploma or equivalentStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and / or Google WorkspaceAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProfessional demeanor and positive attitudePreferred but Not Required :
