Business Development Professional
We are a well-established commercial janitorial service and facility maintenance company seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to expand our portfolio in the Denver, Front Range, and surrounding markets. Unlike franchises or subcontracting firms, we provide direct, high-quality services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have industry experience and a strong track record in direct service sales, particularly to property managers and facility managers of single and multi-tenant buildings. Additional target markets include education, healthcare, and municipal sectors.
We also welcome candidates with experience in property management or other facility-related services who understand the complexities of selling a conceptual service package.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements :
- Experience : 2-5 years of proven sales success with measurable achievements.
- Sales Skills : Strong lead generation, cold calling, and closing abilities.
- Marketing : A strong marketing background is a plus.
- CRM Proficiency : Ability to work within a CRM system, report daily activity, and forecast sales.
- Market Development : Drive growth in existing markets and expand into new ones.
- Team Leadership : Ability to develop and mentor a team of business development professionals.
- Strategic Planning : Understand market segments and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Client Engagement : Schedule appointments, conduct presentations, and provide consistent follow-up.
- RFP & Technical Writing : Strong proposal writing skills are essential.
- Site Analysis : Attend RFP walkthroughs and accurately assess specifications.
- Professionalism : Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency : Computer literacy and proficiency in business tools.
- Networking : Participate in industry events and trade organization meetings.
- Drive & Determination : A goal-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to success.
