A-List Therapy Group is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to provide high-quality patient care across Southern California. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients and their families, we want you on our team!

Position Details:

Location: Multiple locations across Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, Riverside, and Ventura Counties

Job Type: Per-Diem, Contract

Pay: $30.00 $35.00 per hour

Flexible Schedule

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, brief changes, repositioning, and personal grooming

Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including changing linens and making beds

Demonstrate kindness, respect, and ensure patient dignity and privacy

Exhibit proper lifting and transferring techniques

Work collaboratively with RN Case Managers and Supervisors

Travel to patients' residences and provide in-person care

Requirements:

California Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Certificate (Required)

CPR Certification

Valid California Driver's License and proof of auto insurance

Social Security Card and/or proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

One year of prior experience with a Home Health Agency (preferred)

Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred)
