Key Responsibilities

Oversee complex data science projects and manage a team of data scientists

Lead the development, deployment, and governance of AI and machine learning models

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field

10+ years of experience as a data scientist, preferably in healthcare

Proficiency with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark

Strong programming skills in Python and R, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch

Deep understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
