A full-time Lab Pharmacist position is available in Chandler, AZ, offering a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role involves supervising pharmacy technicians in compounding, filling, and labeling prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with USP standards and Board of Pharmacy regulations. The position requires exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise pharmacy technicians during compounding, filling, and labeling processes
• Clarify prescriptions or refill authorizations and perform final prescription checks
• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical standards for accuracy and potency
• Follow USP guidelines and relevant pharmacy laws and regulations
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management or supervision
