Role name : UI / UX Developer

Role Description :

  • Understanding User Needs : Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and other stakeholders.
  • Design and Prototyping : Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design ideas and demonstrate functionality.
  • UI Design : Designing graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs, and widgets, focusing on visual communication and aesthetics.
  • UX Design : Focusing on user experience, ensuring intuitive navigation, clear information architecture, and a positive overall user journey.
  • Collaboration and Communication : Working closely with developers to translate designs into functional web pages, ensuring technical feasibility and usability.
  • Usability Testing : Conducting usability testing to gather user feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Iterative Design : Adapting designs based on user feedback and testing results, continuously refining the user experience.
  • Technical Implementation : Understanding coding principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to implement designs and ensure they are functional and performant

Desirable Skills :

  • Proficiency in Design Tools : Familiarity with design software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of Wireframe and Prototyping Tools : Experience with tools like Balsamiq, Mockplus, or Axure.
  • Strong Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic Understanding of Coding : Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, or a willingness to learn.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify and resolve UX issues, finding creative solutions to improve the user experience.
  • User-Centered Design Approach : Understanding and applying user-centered design principles, putting the user at the forefront of the design process.
