Roles & Responsibilities :
- Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex business objectives.
- Establish and manage a technical governance.
- Facilitating workshops or meetings to gather requirements, presenting, and validating solutions and test the interpretation of the client's needs
- Demonstrate solid insights in designing ServiceNow's capabilities
- Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
- Serves as an active contributor of leading practices, standards, and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in working according to agile, scrum or SAFE principles
- Contribute to the development of opportunities and provide input to grow our business
- Effectively managing key stakeholders both internally and externally to the organization
MUST HAVE SKILLS :
ServiceNow platform engineering with ITSM Modules including Service Request, Incident,Problem, Change, Rot and Configuration Management and security / regulatory disciplines
Industry and project experience of 8+ years with ServiceNowExperience of significant Service Now implementations which span ITSM and security / regulatory disciplinesGood understanding of ServiceNow capabilitiesStrong experience working with ServiceNow platform essential modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM,GRC, SecOps, HR, IM, Service Requests Management with SLAs, Knowledge Management, Discovery)Experience in S2P & MDM setup in EC Pro, Service Catalogs, Integrations.
