Key Responsibilities

Lead business process improvement by architecting and implementing scalable operational processes

Serve as the chief operator for the Legal department, managing key initiatives and execution of priorities

Own the lifecycle of legal agreements and design optimized contract management workflows

Required Qualifications

Exceptional stakeholder enablement skills for translating legal requirements into actionable tools

Outstanding cross-functional communication and collaboration abilities

Adaptive and practical problem-solver comfortable in fast-paced environments

Genuine interest in technology and automation

Experience in legal operations or related fields is preferred
