What Is The Client Service Specialist Responsible For?

The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the operational set-up of new accounts and transaction request follow-up for both the Financial Advisor Services and Institutional businesses. This individual will also assist with the onboarding of new clients. The successful candidate will be considered a key problem-solving partner for our clients and our sales team. The need for this hire is driven by the growth with our Canvas offering. Canvas is a revolutionary Custom Indexing platform designed to improve the relationship between asset managers and allocators.

What Are The Ongoing Responsibilities Of A Client Service Specialist?

What Ideal Qualifications, Skills & Experience Would Help Someone To Be Successful?

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience working in financial services and / or an asset management firm required.
  • Along with base compensation, other compensation is offered such as a discretionary bonus, 401k plan, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation. We expect the salary for this position to range between USD $95,000 $112,000.
