Role Purpose : The Senior EHS Manager is responsible for the active leadership and oversight of all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs to ensure the safe, compliant, and sustainable operation of the Glendale brewery. This role drives the execution of EHS goals, priorities, and expectations across the facility while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards. The Senior EHS Manager monitors overall EHS performance, leads incident prevention efforts, strengthens safety culture, and supports continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and KPI management. This position blends hands-on engagement on the plant floor with strategic leadership to protect our people, our environment, and our operational success.
