We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Market Manager of Wealth Management and the Relationship Managers. This position includes dual responsibilities : approximately 75% of the time will be dedicated to executive-level support, while the remaining 25% will support the Private Banking team with compliance, KYC, and client documentation in a non-revenue generating capacity. The Executive Assistant provides core support that facilitates the working of the business area to which they are aligned. Tasks include scanning, photocopying, filing, sorting mail, maintaining office supplies, instructing couriers, arranging deliveries, and standard office documentation (e.g., copy typing). Executive Assistants will be in contact with other Administration Profession members and areas of the Bank that support their business area.

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the San Francisco, CA office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in California is $65K to $100K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
