Estimator Manufacturing Trainee

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $20 – $25/hr. (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn how to analyze blueprints, parts lists, and specs to determine manufacturing needs and costs.
• Work directly with suppliers to request and review quotes.
• Help prepare accurate cost estimates that guide production planning, bids, and pricing decisions.
• Gain exposure to cutting-edge manufacturing methods and make process improvement recommendations.
• Support management with data-driven insights to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
• Perform other hands-on learning tasks under the guidance of experienced mentors.

What We’re Looking For:

• A motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and a desire to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some technical education a plus).
• Basic computer skills — Windows, Word, Excel (experience with cost estimating software a bonus).
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to grow in a professional environment.
• Comfortable typing at least 25 WPM and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
