• Client Account Management: assist clients and potential clients on the phone and other platforms.
• Quoting: You'll learn to be an architect and design the best insurance quotes for clients with excellent coverage and amazing prices.
• Learn to collaborate with management and underwriting on Home, Auto and Business insurance.
• Partnership Management: Maintain and Develop agency relations with partners, vendors, underwriting and clients.
• Working directly with the agency owner to enhance your marketing, client management and relationship skills for agency and individual growth

• Bilingual in Chinese, Mandarin OR Cantonese is a plus.
• Computer-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office programs
• Strong communication skills - in-person, written and online.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and strong attention to detail
• P&C and/or Life Insurance License a plus - willing to provide classes and train for right candidate.
