Job Title : Client Operations I Analyst I
The incumbent is to provide support via opening and maintaining investment accounts. The candidate needs to be able to analyze investment management agreements, basic wills, trust agreements and various other basic and / or formed legal agreements which govern the fiduciary and non-fiduciary relationships between the regulations of the Comptroller of the Currency and SEC. The information is then input to various systems and / or applications along with a summary of the relationship (when applicable). The responsibilities and latitude of this position will be under supervision of the Team Leader and / or Manager of the Account Opening Unit.
The qualified candidate should have a Paralegal Certification or equivalent experience. Trust or legal experience / knowledge is preferred. The candidate must have strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and possess the ability to work under demanding deadlines. Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is preferred.
