What would you do as a Maintenance Director

As a Full-Time Maintenance Director at Kauhale Heritage Woods, you will be expected to oversee daily operations related to facility management, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. What we're looking for in a Maintenance Director

• To be successful as a Full-Time Maintenance Director at Kauhale Heritage Woods, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical or trade school training preferred.
• Previous experience in facility maintenance, construction, or a related field is essential, alongside supervisory or management experience.

• Candidates should be familiar with regulations and guidelines governing Assisted Living Facilities in the State, particularly regarding facility maintenance and operations.
