As a Junior Recruiter with Marquis Health Consulting, you’ll be the driving force behind finding top talent. No prior recruitment experience? No problem! We’ll provide you with the training, mentorship, and tools you need to succeed. Your background in customer service or sales has already given you the essential skills—communication, persuasion, and relationship-building—now, let’s put them to work in an exciting new career!

What You’ll Be Doing

Sourcing & Engaging Talent – Use job boards, social media, and networking to find top candidates.
Building Strong Relationships – Connect with candidates and facility leaders to understand their needs.
Managing the Hiring Process – Screen, interview, and match candidates with amazing job opportunities.
Closing the Deal – Help candidates land their dream roles while supporting facility leadership in building a stellar team.

What You Bring to the Table

A background in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality—any experience that involves people, communication, and persuasion!
