Seeking an SLP or Speech Therapist to cover therapy services in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area, to provide treatment in an assisted living community and or Home Setting as a PRN : Make your own schedule.

$120-200 / Evaluation

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Evaluates and treats patients in an Assisted Living Community and or Home setting
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral Masters / Bachelors degree in Speech Therapy ,

Education and / or Experience : New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists

Actively Licensed as a FL Speech Therapist.
