What We're Looking For

• High school diploma required; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
• Energetic, nurturing, and ready to make a difference
• Strong communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. (we all know little ones love to be picked up!)
