The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Los Angeles. You’ll be responsible for candidate delivery across executive-level searches, working closely with internal search leads and client stakeholders to identify, engage, and assess senior talent across VP to C-suite roles. This role blends sourcing expertise, candidate relationship management, and sharp market insight, all within a high-performance, collaborative environment.
This is a delivery-focused position ideal for a recruiter who enjoys deep, strategic search work in the executive space.
Key Responsibilities
- Own candidate sourcing and engagement across executive-level roles in renewables, infrastructure, and related sectors
- Develop and manage pipelines of qualified talent through direct outreach, referrals, and research-driven strategies
- Conduct structured interviews and candidate evaluations with a focus on executive presence, functional expertise, and cultural alignment
- Partner with internal leads to align on role mandates, search strategy, and client goals
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience through clear, thoughtful communication and timely follow-ups
- Contribute to reporting, calibration, and internal updates throughout the search process
- Stay current on industry trends, leadership moves, and emerging talent in target markets
