About the Opportunity:
Are you a people-person looking for uncapped earning potential? At Prime Pest Solutions, were hiring outgoing individuals to introduce homeowners to our pest protection services. This is a 1099 independent contractor role youre in control of your hours, activity, and results.

Compensation & Incentives:

• 100% commission-based no income ceiling
• Performance-based bonus: $1 per door talked to during your first few weeks (onboarding support)

What Youll Do:

• Canvass neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners
• Introduce pest control services, pricing, and seasonal offers
• Track your activity and manage your own results
• Build a customer pipeline while working outdoors

• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• Willingness to work commission-only as an independent contractor
