Job Title : Entry-Level Field Sales Representative (Independent Contractor)

Location : Beaverton, OR & Surrounding Areas

About the Opportunity :

Are you a people-person looking for uncapped earning potential? At Prime Pest Solutions, were hiring outgoing individuals to introduce homeowners to our pest protection services. This is a 1099 independent contractor role youre in control of your hours, activity, and results.

Compensation & Incentives :

  • 100% commission-based no income ceiling
  • Performance-based bonus : $1 per door talked to during your first few weeks (onboarding support)
  • Flexible, self-directed schedule
  • Coaching and resources available

    • What Youll Do :

  • Canvass neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners
  • Introduce pest control services, pricing, and seasonal offers
  • Track your activity and manage your own results
  • Build a customer pipeline while working outdoors

    • What You Need :

  • Outgoing, coachable personality
  • Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
  • Willingness to work commission-only as an independent contractor

    Compensation : $20,000 $90,000 per year (performance-based)
