In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. The candidate has proven execution as a chief engineer demonstrating technical leadership, and close coordination with customers, internal engineering teams, and program management. The Chief of Chiefs will provide leadership over all of the Chief Engineers in the product line to ensure successful execution of the programs.

Specific job responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Recruiting and growing a Chief Engineer Pipeline
• Providing oversight and control over chief engineers in product line
• Developing relationships with customers
• Supporting common product governance and oversee joint program TRBs
• Driving product leverage strategy
• Effectively be able to negotiate requirements with customers
• Support product line technical director in driving new business capture

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and / or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Full-time salary range : $150370 - $255630
