CoreCard is seeking a Technical Project Manager. In this position, you will bridge business and technology to onboard new clients, maintain client and partner relationships, and ensure existing platform offerings and new product features result in an exceptional experience for our clients. This is a highly visible position within a flexible and start up style organization with a unique market position.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full life cycle management of customer requests and delivery of products and services related to CoreCards card issuing platform. Organization, communication, follow-through, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-pacedand ever-changing environment are all important in this role. In this role, you will be able to make a difference and have internal growth opportunities in a growing fintech/payments company.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with technology and business management as well as cross-functionalstakeholders to deliver world-class products and features which level-set the competitive landscape.
Develop and manage multiple implementation programs simultaneously utilizing local and global team members, drive collaboration across functional areas, and ensure results meet key performance and business objectives.
Manage engagement and coordination of activities with third-party partners and Customers.
Manage technical remediations, incidents, root cause analysis, and permanently address technology trouble spots, defects, and issues in close coordination with global operations and development teams.
Manage offshore development, testing, and business teams in collaboration with Customer activities.
Build strong client and partner relationships through collaborative and consultative engagement models.
Develop a deep knowledge of the payments industry while seeking out information in the company knowledge base and beyond.
Ensure theaccurate and timely communication with appropriate management for project and issue updates.
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS in Business, or Computer Science, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of the payments industry and related products.
Strong understanding of SDLC and project management.
Strong offshore team management experience
Strong business background with anability to understand technology, andproduct lifecycle from design to go-live.
Ability to drive projects with high organization, and proven ability to deliver results.
Ability to understand end-to-end technology systems, end to end processes, and seek clarification and improvement consistently.
Excellent written and verbal skills, with outstanding presentation skills.
Must be self-starter, initiate tasks, be able to work autonomously, and must seek out information within the company to excel at this job.
