RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide Resident care according to an approved Care PlanAssist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal careUnderstand and practice infection control proceduresComply with all documentation / record-keeping policies including vitalsReports all violation of the Residents' Bill of Rights immediatelyAdminister medicationsQUALIFICATIONS :
