We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead client sales and team performance at our luxury spa in Edmond. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, proven sales success, and a passion for wellness and skincare.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of treatment packages and retail skincare products

• Lead, coach, and motivate front desk and sales staff to meet goals

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service

• Manage appointment flow and resolve client concerns professionally

• Support local marketing initiatives and in-spa promotions

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience; leadership background strongly preferred

• Experience in spa, aesthetics, luxury retail, hospitality, or similar service industries

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lead a team and deliver results

• Weekend availability and reliable transportation
