Floor Covering Sales Representative

Pinnell's Carpet One is seeking a full-time Flooring Sales Representative to join our professional sales team in Angels Camp, CA.

We are a family-owned business that has proudly served the Mother Lode for 50 years . Many members of our team have been with us for 10, 15, and even 20+ years , which we believe speaks to our culture, leadership, and commitment to doing right by both customers and employees.

This is not a high-pressure sales role. Success here comes from strong customer relationships, attention to detail, and guiding projects from the first conversation through completion.

Compensation & Earnings

• Hourly base pay + commission and performance incentives
• Typical first-year earnings range : $55,000–$75,000+ , depending on experience and performance
• Commission structure rewards consistency, service quality, and repeat business

No flooring experience is required on day one. We provide ongoing training, including product knowledge, sales process coaching, and manufacturer and Carpet One training programs. Our goal is long-term success, not quick turnover.
