Brivo is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment initiatives and play a pivotal role in elevating our employer brand. This role is entrusted with driving high-impact hiring strategies, fostering an exceptional candidate experience, and serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across the business. You will manage complex hiring projects and collaborate cross-functionally to shape the future of our growing teams. This hybrid position is based at our Bethesda, Maryland headquarters office.

Responsibilities :

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop compelling, inclusive, and targeted job descriptions that reflect Brivo's values and mission.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and leveraging AI-driven and social media sourcing tools.
• Conduct detailed interviewsvia phone, video, or in-personto evaluate candidates' technical capabilities, cultural fit, and career motivations.
• Develop and implement structured interview processes, including standardized interview questions, note-taking templates, and interviewer training to ensure consistency, fairness, and effectiveness across all hiring teams.
• Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, candidate feedback, retention trends) and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to maintain and enhance Brivo's careers page, ensuring content is current, engaging, and inclusive.
• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey. Maintain strong ATS hygiene to nurture relationships with cold and warm leads, alumni, referrals, and other prospective candidates.
• Stay informed on talent acquisition trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices globally.

Qualifications :

The compensation package for this full-time position includes a base salary range of $90,000 - $100,000. Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. In addition to cash compensation (base salary and, where applicable, incentive or overtime pay), Brivonians enjoy a robust benefits and perks package tailored to their work location.
