Pay Rate : $18.50 / hr

1st Shift

Key Responsibilities :

Manage document control processes, including creation, review, revision, and archiving of quality and regulatory documents.

Conduct internal audits of quality management systems to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations (e.g., ISO 9001).

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements based on audit findings.

Prepare audit reports and facilitate external regulatory and customer audits.

Train staff on document control procedures and maintain document management software systems.

Monitor and maintain up-to-date documentation to support quality and compliance requirements.

Qualifications :

Superior organizational skills with great attention to detail.

Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving requirements.
