What You'll Do
- Support policyholders virtually : Answer questions about coverage, premiums, claims, and policy features.
- Handle service updates : Process beneficiary changes, address updates, payment methods, and other routine requests in our CRM.
- Coordinate appointments : Schedule Zoom consultations and follow-ups with licensed agents; confirm attendance and send reminders.
- Document accurately : Maintain clear, up-to-date digital records and case notes; follow compliance and privacy standards.
- Communicate with care : Engage clients by phone, email, and Zoom with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
