We provide an exceptional patient and doctor experience!/ppThe Regional Manager position is based in Texas to be central to all our locations. Ideally candidates would live in the Houston metro area but we are willing to consider other candidates located in Texas./ppYou will be supporting and overseeing our surgery teams in Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Phoenix and Utah. Moderate to extensive travel required depending on situational needs. When not traveling you will work remotely from home./ppResponsibilities include:/pulliWork jointly with the COO to:/liulliSupport and manage existing and future surgery managers across all markets./liliOversee the activities of the Insurance Manager who oversees the billing and verifications teams./li/ulliSupporting the roll-out process of tasks required to open new markets including supply equipment procurement, recruiting, training, software setup, logistical issues, etc./liliFrequent travel to new markets both before, during and after launch. This would be multi-state travel and sometimes involve full weeks on the road./liliWorking with surgery managers on recruiting and training their clinical staff./liliOverseeing and being directly involved in recruitment of key staff members./liliWork strategically with the senior DSO management team of COO, CCO and CEO./liliCovering surgery managers as needed for emergencies if they dont have the staff to cover.
