Now Hiring Quality Manager

Location : Dayton, OH

Pay Rate : - per hour

Shift : 1st Shift, 6 : 30 AM-5 PM

If you’ve got sharp eyes and take pride in doing it right, this Quality Manager job in Dayton has your name on it. You’ll inspect, measure, and make sure every product meets the mark before it hits the floor.

What It Takes to Keep Quality Tight

  • Know-How : High school diploma or GED required. Training or experience in production or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Experience : 5 years+ in inspection and / or quality control.
  • Attention to Detail : You catch the small stuff that keeps the big stuff moving.
  • Physical Ability : Stay on your feet, move with the crew, and lift up to 35 lbs when needed.

    In this Quality Manager role in Dayton, you’ll be the person keeping it all in check.

  • Oversee Quality Management System
  • Provide continuous education to employees on the Quality Management System
  • Coordinate safety inspections, document findings, and implement corrective action plans
  • Ensure compliance with national & international standards and legislation
  • Write technical & management systems reports
  • Assess the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and compare with customer requirements
  • Maintain awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues.
