Are you a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who's passionate about helping older adults live stronger, more fulfilling lives? If so, our Rehab Team at Grace Brethren Village in Englewood, OH is seeking its next PRN team member.

Responsibilities

As a PRN COTA, you will :

• Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to set appropriate goals and deliver creative, effective treatment plans.
• Help patients achieve meaningful outcomes that improve independence and quality of life.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as part of our interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited COTA program Current state license in good standing Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a plus (but not required we're happy to support your growth!)
