Client Service Associate

The Client Service Associate will play an essential role in ensuring a seamless positive experience for our clients. You will act as a primary point of contact ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and long-term relationship building.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring prompt and accurate communication.

Assist clients with account needs service inquiries scheduling and follow-ups.

Maintain detailed records of interactions and coordinate solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

Support onboarding processes by guiding clients through service offerings and next steps.

Identify opportunities to improve client engagement and streamline service processes.

Uphold company standards by ensuring a professional and supportive experience at every touchpoint.
