We are currently seeking a full-time Corporate and IT Recruiter to join our recruiting team.
The Corporate and IT Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract identify and hire top talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs develop sourcing strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will source and screen candidates coordinate interviews and guide the selection process through to offer and onboarding. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of IT recruiting experience to include working with the following skillsets : Full-Stack Application Developers Software Architects Systems Engineers IT Directors System Administrators Desktop Support and Service Desk
- Proficiency in various computer applications including Outlook Word and Excel
- Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Indeed Dice GitHub and other niche platforms
- Strong problem-solving organization written and oral communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to establish rapport and effective working relationships with program management candidates and corporate headquarters
- Self-motivation and customer service orientation required
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage a large workload required
