We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Billing & QuickBooks Specialist to support our administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in billing and QuickBooks, and a background in the oilfield industry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities :

• Manage billing processes and invoicing using QuickBooks.
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to billing and accounts.
• Utilize basic Excel skills for data entry and simple reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
