Key Responsibilities

Complete various dental services including claim submission, follow-up, payment posting, and benefit verification while adhering to PHI and HIPAA standards

Manage client communication and relationships to enhance satisfaction and optimize practice operations

Document work accurately and maintain confidentiality while complying with all relevant policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of dental office experience

Ability to work independently from home with a quiet environment and high-speed internet

Proficient in all MS Office applications and comfortable with technology

Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment

Working knowledge of technical and procedural aspects related to dental insurance
