As the Educational Program Coordinator, you will be essential in promoting educational excellence within our organization. Your contributions will support classroom monitoring and developmental program creation, ensuring our curriculum is effectively implemented while providing vital guidance to teachers. This position is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills, a penchant for adaptability, and a true passion for teaching and mentorship.
- Collaborate with educators to design, implement, and enhance the HighReach Learning curriculum and activity plans for all age groups, enriching children's learning experiences.
- Support teacher and family retention by providing valuable resources, knowledge, and assistance, facilitating quality educational experiences.
- Assess classroom environments using tools like ITERS-R, ITERS-3, ECERS-R, ECERS-3, and SACERS, offering recommendations to foster program quality improvements.
- Deliver constructive feedback and support to teachers, encouraging continuous improvement in instructional practices.
- Conduct both formal and informal classroom observations, communicating insights to teachers and administration to celebrate strengths and identify growth opportunities.
- Encourage positive interactions among staff and children, helping to create a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere.
- Assist with training and mentoring new employees, ensuring they possess the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in our environment.
- Participate in monthly Education Coordinator calls or review recordings to stay updated on company goals and best practices in education.
- Help cultivate a welcoming environment for children, families, and teachers, enhancing overall morale and community engagement.

1-3 years of experience in early childhood education.Minimum educational requirement : High School diploma or GED.Skills :
Creative, energetic, and innovative mindset.Familiarity with HighReach Learning curriculum.Strong understanding of classroom arrangement and age-appropriate practices.Willing to learn about diverse teaching and training methods across various adult learning styles.Ability to work organically and communicate effectively across diverse learning styles.Experience in lesson planning and activity development.Excellent communication and active listening skills.Physical Requirements :
