Child Development Schools has been a leader in early childhood education since 1988, proudly supporting over 30,000 children across 260 childcare centers. We’re excited to invite applications for an Educational Program Coordinator to play a key role in enhancing our educational programs.

As the Educational Program Coordinator, you will be essential in promoting educational excellence within our organization. Your contributions will support classroom monitoring and developmental program creation, ensuring our curriculum is effectively implemented while providing vital guidance to teachers. This position is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills, a penchant for adaptability, and a true passion for teaching and mentorship.

• Collaborate with educators to design, implement, and enhance the HighReach Learning curriculum and activity plans for all age groups, enriching children's learning experiences.
• Support teacher and family retention by providing valuable resources, knowledge, and assistance, facilitating quality educational experiences.
• Assess classroom environments using tools like ITERS-R, ITERS-3, ECERS-R, ECERS-3, and SACERS, offering recommendations to foster program quality improvements.
• Deliver constructive feedback and support to teachers, encouraging continuous improvement in instructional practices.
• Conduct both formal and informal classroom observations, communicating insights to teachers and administration to celebrate strengths and identify growth opportunities.
• Encourage positive interactions among staff and children, helping to create a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere.
• Assist with training and mentoring new employees, ensuring they possess the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in our environment.
• Participate in monthly Education Coordinator calls or review recordings to stay updated on company goals and best practices in education.
• Help cultivate a welcoming environment for children, families, and teachers, enhancing overall morale and community engagement.
