Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. As a Property Maintenance Specialist at ZNZFACILITIES INC., you will handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, contributing to the smooth operation and upkeep of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.

• Respond promptly to service calls and address urgent repair needs.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or vocational training is a plus.
