Senior Conversational AI Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Conversational AI Designer responsible for leading the design of user interfaces for virtual assistants.

Key Responsibilities

Designs highly complex Voice and Chat conversational AI products independently

Develops innovative conversational AI design solutions using human-centered design methods

Oversees the conversational AI design process across multi-disciplinary teams and educates UX designers on collaboration

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

In-depth knowledge of conversational AI design, User Experience (UX), and Customer Experience (CX)

Experience applying industry design best practices and technical standards

Ability to model human-centered design approaches to identify design problems and opportunities

Experience in leading cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal relationships

Familiarity with the latest industry trends in conversational AI design
