Treasury Manager

Silgan Containers is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Treasury Manager at our Woodland Hills, CA headquarters. In this high-impact role, you will lead enterprise wide treasury operations, manage cash flow forecasting, oversee risk management and insurance reporting, and serve as a key strategic partner across multiple business units.

The Treasury Manager's compensation for this California-based position is competitive and based on experience, education, and skills, typically ranging from $110,000-$135,000 per year. This position provides a dynamic opportunity to influence cash management strategy, optimize treasury systems, and lead a growing finance team in a complex, multi-entity environment.

What You Will Do as a Treasury Manager

• Direct and manage daily treasury operations, including banking, cash positioning, intercompany transfers, and debt management.

• Oversee short- and long term cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and capital structure analysis.

• Serve as primary administrator for treasury management systems, banking platforms, and electronic funds transfer protocols.

• Lead, coach, and develop a Treasury Analyst, providing performance feedback and project leadership.

• Manage annual insurance renewals, budget forecasts, and external audit coordination.

• Deliver executive ready financial reporting, KPI dashboards, and cash flow analyses.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external banks, and auditors to enhance treasury efficiency and compliance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. MBA, CPA, or CTP certification is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or financial operations.

• Previous leadership or management experience in treasury or finance required.

• Working knowledge of JD Edwards, BlackLine, and cash forecasting software highly preferred.

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, scenario analysis).

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
