Warehouse Specialist

EFC International is looking for Warehouse Specialists to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our warehouse operations, handling shipping, receiving, picking orders, product put-away, and ensuring overall warehouse organization and safety. What You’ll Do

• Inspect and verify inbound and outbound products, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Load and unload freight and verify BOL (Bill of Lading) information.
• Document product movement using standard warehouse procedures.
• Accurately maintain inventory and order fulfillment.
• Pick, package, stack, and wrap materials for safe and timely shipment.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Follow safety codes and company policies at all times.
• Assist with general warehouse and equipment maintenance.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by your supervisor or manager.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Comfortable using standard office and warehouse equipment; familiarity with Microsoft products is preferred.
• Forklift certification a plus (training may be provided).
• Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to accuracy, organization, and safety.

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with standard equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, box cutters, and tape dispensers.
• Moderate noise level typical of warehouse operations.
• Must be able to meet physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting, and carrying materials.
