We're searching for an exceptional Associate Dentist to join our well-established practice in Garden City, NY. We're looking for a highly motivated, skilled, and personable candidate who places a premium on patient care as a driver of practice growth and possesses a compassionate and confident bedside manner, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is preferred.

About Our Practice

  • Drs. in practice : 2 Hygienists : 3
  • Total chairs : 12
  • Schedule : Saturdays
  • 100% Fee-for-service practice
  • Fully digital, upgraded technology (Multiple milling and CEREC units, Cone Beam, iTero, etc.)
  • Specialty work done in office : Oral Surgery, General Anesthesia, Pedodontics
  • Active patient base : 3,250

Compensation for Part-Time Providers

  • Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
  • Clear and well-defined path for growth and bonus opportunities
  • Dental allowance, 401(k) eligible
  • Malpractice insurance

    • Education and Experience

  • Dental school graduate, GPR / AEGD preferred
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience
  • Experience with crown & bridge, implants, same-day dentistry, clear aligners, etc., preferred
  • Active New York dental license in good standing, required
